Itinerary
This epic 10-day overland expedition perfectly blends the distinct landscapes of three sister states. Starting from Guwahati, you will dive straight into the wild heart of Assam at Kaziranga National Park. The journey then climbs steeply into the rugged, high-altitude terrain of Arunachal Pradesh, visiting the serene Dirang valley, the majestic Sela Pass, and the sacred Tawang Monastery. Descending back through the Assam plains, the adventure shifts to the lush, rain-washed plateaus of Meghalaya. Here, you will explore the "Scotland of the East" in Shillong, stand before the plunging waterfalls of Cherrapunji, and boat on the transparent waters of Dawki before returning to Guwahati.

- Entry fees of sightseeing spots, camera fees and optional activity/service costs like Rafting, Trekking, Guide fees etc are not included in the package.
- Anything not mentioned in the ‘Inclusions’ part. Inner Line Permit fees and processing fees cost is not included.
- For Foreign Nationals, surcharges like national park entry fees, Protected Area Permit and mandatory guide fees (for Arunachal State trips) are excluded.

This grand tour requires packing for diverse climates. Bring lightweight, breathable clothes for the Kaziranga safari and Assam plains, light woolens and an umbrella for Meghalaya’s cool, damp climate, and heavy winter gear (thermal innerwear, windproof jackets, gloves) for the freezing altitudes of Sela Pass and Tawang. Sturdy walking shoes are essential for exploring root bridges, caves, and monasteries. Carry sunblock, personal medications, and motion sickness tablets for the extensive winding mountain drives. The local currency is the Indian Rupee (INR); carrying sufficient cash is highly recommended for remote areas in Arunachal and Meghalaya. A high level of physical fitness and stamina is required for this 10-day overland journey.
