Itinerary

This 8-day grand expedition captures the absolute best of Sikkim and West Bengal's hill stations. Beginning at Bagdogra Airport or NJP, you will ascend to the vibrant capital of Gangtok for three days of cultural exploration and a thrilling high-altitude excursion to the sacred Tsomgo Lake. The journey continues westward to the peaceful town of Pelling, via the spectacular Buddha Park in Ravangla, where you will explore ancient monasteries and waterfalls. For the final leg, you will travel south through sprawling tea estates to the Queen of Hills, Darjeeling, culminating in a majestic sunrise at Tiger Hill before your departure.

Arrive at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or NJP Railway Station, where your private driver warmly welcomes you. Enjoy a picturesque uphill drive winding alongside the turquoise Teesta River to Gangtok (5,500 ft). Wake up at 4:00 AM for a drive to Tiger Hill to witness a spectacular sunrise over Mount Kanchenjunga. Visit Ghoom Monastery and the historic Batasia Loop before breakfast. Later, explore the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Tenzing Rock, and a lush tea estate.
Bid farewell to the misty tea gardens

Savor a hearty final breakfast at your hotel. Spend your morning picking up authentic Darjeeling tea packets and local Tibetan handicrafts. Meet your driver for the scenic downhill journey back to Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station for your onward flight or train ride home.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Rates are for Indian clients only.
  • All rates quoted are in Indian currency.
  • All vehicle shall be on point to point basis. (Not on Disposal basis)
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot)
  • Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
  • Booking will be conformed only after receiving an advance amount i.e. 50% of the Package price.
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
  • In case of Land slide or any other reason we will provide alternate sightseeing.
  • Cancellation Charges will apply is the tour is cancelled.

  • Final 50% on arrival OR before the trip starts

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If cancelled within 20 days, 50% of the total amount as retenons
  • If cancelled within 10 days, full retenons
  • For Group booking full retenon – if cancelled 15 days before check in (Above 10 rooms)
  • For every cancelling an amount of INR 850 will be deducted as refund processing fee.
  • Child below 5 years should produce their age proof during the me of check in.
  • Hotel is authorized to ask for valid Id proof for any individual.

Pack comfortably with layered clothing, including heavy woolens, thermal innerwear, and a windproof jacket for the high-altitude Tsomgo Lake excursion and early morning Tiger Hill visit, where temperatures drop significantly. Bring sturdy walking shoes for local sightseeing and navigating steep, cobblestone paths. Carry essential sun protection, sunglasses, and personal medications, including motion sickness tablets for the winding mountain roads. The local currency is the Indian Rupee (INR); carrying some cash is recommended as digital payments can occasionally fail in remote areas. Stay well-hydrated throughout the trip to adjust to the high altitudes.
