Essential trip

information!

Pack layered woolens, thermal innerwear, windproof jackets, and sturdy walking shoes, as temperatures drop significantly in Lachung, Yumthang Valley, and early mornings at Tiger Hill. Bring essential moisturizers, lip balm, sunscreen, and personal medications (including motion sickness tablets for winding hill roads). Carry cash, as network connectivity and digital payments can be erratic outside main towns. Stay hydrated throughout the journey. A moderate level of physical fitness is required for high-altitude travel and walking tours.
