Essential trip
information!
Pack layered woolens, thermal innerwear, windproof jackets, and sturdy walking shoes, as temperatures drop significantly in Lachen, Lachung, Yumthang Valley, and early mornings at Tiger Hill. Bring essential moisturizers, lip balm, sunscreen, and personal medications (including altitude and motion sickness tablets). Carry cash, as network connectivity and digital payments can be erratic outside main towns. Stay hydrated throughout the journey. A high level of physical fitness is required for high-altitude travel and long mountainous drives.
