Description:
Pack a highly versatile wardrobe suitable for varying elevations: lightweight cotton clothing for daytime in Delhi and Corbett, and warm sweaters, heavy jackets, and beanies for the hill stations (Nainital, Binsar, Ranikhet) and early morning open-air jungle safaris, especially from November to March. Sturdy, comfortable slip-on walking shoes are highly recommended for nature walks and temple visits. Bring essential sun protection, binoculars for birdwatching and wildlife viewing, and personal medications (including motion sickness tablets for the winding mountain roads). The local currency is the Indian Rupee (INR); carrying cash is necessary for local markets and entry tickets.
