Essential trip

information!

Description:
Pack a highly versatile wardrobe suitable for both forested hills and coastal breezes: comfortable, breathable cotton clothing for daytime sightseeing. For the Kuldiha jungle safari, neutral, earth-toned clothing (khaki, olive green, brown) is strictly recommended to blend in with the forest environment. Sturdy, comfortable slip-on walking shoes with good grip are absolutely essential for climbing the wet steps of the Panchalingeshwar Temple and walking on the beach. Bring essential sun protection, sunglasses, binoculars for wildlife and bird viewing, and strong insect/mosquito repellent. The local currency is the Indian Rupee (INR); while digital payments are accepted in the main city, carrying sufficient cash is necessary as ATMs and network connectivity are highly limited in the forest and hill areas.
