Essential trip
information!
Pack warm thermal layers, heavy woolens, windproof jackets, gloves, and woolen caps, as temperatures drop significantly at high altitudes. Bring strong sunscreen (SPF 50+), lip balm, sunglasses, and personal medicines. Carry cash, as ATM availability and digital payments can be unreliable in Nubra and Pangong. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated throughout the trip. A moderate level of fitness is required for high-altitude travel.
