Water-resistant footwear or sturdy sandals are essential for beach walks, boarding speedboats, and navigating the rocky path to the Natural Bridge. Bring high-SPF, reef-safe sunscreen, insect repellent, and any personal medications, including motion sickness tablets for the inter-island ferry rides. The local currency is the Indian Rupee (INR); while digital payments and ATMs are available in Port Blair and Havelock, carrying sufficient cash is highly recommended for Neil Island and beachside vendors. A moderate level of physical fitness is required.
