information!
Pack lightweight, breathable cotton clothing suitable for a tropical climate, along with swimwear, sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed hat. Water-resistant footwear or sturdy sandals are essential for beach walks and boarding speedboats. Bring high-SPF, reef-safe sunscreen, insect repellent, and any personal medications, including motion sickness tablets for the inter-island ferry rides. The local currency is the Indian Rupee (INR); while digital payments and ATMs are available in Port Blair and Havelock, carrying sufficient cash is highly recommended for Neil Island and beachside vendors. A moderate level of physical fitness is required.
