information!
Description:
Pack comfortable layered clothing, including heavy woolens, thermal innerwear, and windproof jackets, as temperatures in Mechuka can drop significantly. Sturdy walking shoes are essential for exploring hanging bridges and hilly village paths. Bring sun protection, insect repellent, and personal medications, including motion sickness tablets for the winding mountain roads. The local currency is the Indian Rupee (INR); carrying adequate cash is critical, as ATMs and digital payment networks are virtually non-existent in Mechuka. A moderate to high fitness level is recommended.
